The full-length feature film "Azor", filmed in Mordovia by enthusiasts Victor Chichaykin and Alexander Uchevatkin, was ready a year ago. In autumn of 2017, the creators organized a test show, inviting connoisseurs of ethnography, ancient traditions and people interested in the theme of the history of the Erzyan people.

"Heidi (Osment), who initially left her small town of Pleasant Valley with the dream of one day becoming a successful painter, has put her own art on hold to excel as an art gallery curator. Now, a week before the gallery's big Christmas party, she must return home to watch her niece and nephew. Art dealer Trevor and his best friend Dante, an Italian/American fashion photographer, holiday in Capri where they both fall for Antonia, a local beauty. One of them marries her. The remains of a female body are recovered from Regent's Canal, and both her husband and his best friend are suspects in what increasingly appears to be a murder. This fast-moving story travels backwards in time. Exploration of the mystery of Antonia's fate follows twists and turns as hair-raising as the roads on the mountainous isle of Capri. The audience is ushered to the astonishing ending, proving along the way that the deepest mystery of all is that of the soul torn between desire and loyalty.

Laura Wagner has a promising career as a young auctioneer, but her life looks set to fall apart when she's the victim of a rape.
